Sottaku ChatGPT Plugin Terms

These terms govern the ChatGPT plugin provided by Sottaku Inc. Connecting authorizes the access shown on the consent screen. A valid Sottaku account and an active Sottaku Pro entitlement are required.
Requested learning data is sent to ChatGPT. OpenAI handles that data under its own terms and privacy policy. See Sottaku’s Privacy Policy for our data practices.
Optional write access lets the plugin add flashcards and request words when you ask. Conversational practice does not update quiz scores or review schedules. Word requests are subject to review and are not guaranteed to be fulfilled.
Use only accounts and content you are entitled to access. Do not bypass limits, misuse credentials, infringe others’ rights, or disrupt the service.
Definitions, generated text and recommendations may be inaccurate. The service is for learning, not professional advice. Availability is not guaranteed. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
You may revoke access on Sottaku’s connection page at any time. This does not delete data already sent to OpenAI. We may suspend access for misuse or loss of eligibility. Material changes to these terms will be posted here before taking effect.
Existing subscription terms and applicable Apple App Store license terms remain unchanged. The plugin does not process purchases. OpenAI is a separate service provider.
