제1조년 5월 31일 현재 종전의 규정에 의한 초급중학교 제3학년 및 중학교 제3학년을 수료한 자는 교육법에 의한 중학교 제3학년 수료자와 동등한 자격이 있는 자로 인정한다.

제2조년 5월 31일 현재 종전의 규정에 의한 초급중학교 전수학과를 졸업한 자 및 중학교 제4학년을 수료한 자는 교육법에 의한 중학교 제4학년을 졸업한 자와 동등한 자격이 있는 자로 인정한다.

제3조년 3월 31일 현재 종전의 규정에 의한 중학교 및 고급중학교를 졸업한 자는 교육법에 의한 고등학교 졸업자와 동등한 자격이 있는 자로 인정한다.

제4조년 5월 31일 현재 종전의 규정에 의한 사범학교를 졸업한 자는 교육법에 의한 사범학교 졸업자와 동등한 자격이 있는 자로 인정한다.

제5조년 3월 31일 현재 종전의 규정에 의한 초급대학 및 대학을 졸업한 자는 교육법에 의한 초급대학 및 대학졸업자와 동등한 자격이 있는 자로 인정한다.

제6조년 5월 31일 현재 종전의 규정에 의한 대학의 전문부를 졸업한 자는 교육법에 의한 초급대학 졸업자와 동등한 자격이 있는 자로 인정한다.

부칙 <제4401호,1969.12.4> 이 영은 공포한 날로부터 시행한다.
