비영리법인의 임원 처벌에 관한 법률

비영리법인의 업무를 집행하는 이사, 감사 또는 그 직무를 대행하는 사람이나 사원으로서 형사소추(刑事訴追) 또는 형의 집행을 면(免)하기 위하여 합병이나 그 밖의 방법으로 비영리법인을 소멸시킨 사람은 5년 이하의 징역 또는 5천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 2014.1.7>
