국군수송사령부령

제1조(설치) 군의 수송지원에 관한 업무를 관장하고, 연합 및 합동작전수행에 필요한 수송지원을 위하여 국방부장관소속하에 국군수송사령부를 둔다.

제2조(임무) 국군수송사령부(이하 "사령부"라 한다)는 다음 각호의 임무를 수행한다. <개정 2010.3.23>

1. 군의 철도ㆍ육로수송에 관한 업무

2. 해상수송지원 및 육군ㆍ공군의 항공수송지원에 관한 업무(해당군과 협조하여 지원한다)

3. 전시 수송계획에 관한 업무

4. 전시 동원되는 민간선박 및 항공기 운용의 조정ㆍ통제등 군의 전략수송지원에 관한 업무

5. 철도ㆍ육로를 통한 군의 이동관리 및 호송근무의 지원에 관한 업무

6. 항만ㆍ해안을 통한 양륙군수의 운용에 관한 업무(해당군과 협조하여 지원한다)

7. 군수물자 및 장비의 공수에 관한 업무(해당군과 협조하여 지원한다)

8. 연합ㆍ합동수송이동본부의 설치 및 운영

9. 해외파병 수송지원 업무

제3조(사령관등의 임명) 사령부에 사령관 1인, 참모장 1인을 두되, 사령관은 장성급(將星級)장교로, 참모장은 영관급장교로 보한다. <개정 2017.9.5>

제4조(사령관등의 직무)

①사령관은 합동참모의장의 명을 받아 사령부의 업무를 총괄하고, 사령부에 예속 또는 배속된 부대를 지휘ㆍ감독한다. <개정 2010.3.23>

②참모장은 사령관을 보좌하며, 사령관이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없는 때에는 그 직무를 대행한다.

제5조(부서와 부대의 설치)

① 사령부에 사령관의 업무를 보좌하기 위하여 참모부서를 두고, 사령관 소속으로 부대를 둔다.

② 제1항에 따른 참모부서의 설치 및 사무분장에 관한 사항은 합동참모의장이 정하고, 사령부 소속 부대의 설치, 임무 및 조직에 관한 사항은 국방부장관이 정한다.

제6조(정원) 사령부에 군인과 군무원을 두되, 그 정원은 국방부장관이 정한다.

제7조 삭제 <2010.3.23>

부칙 <제16140호,1999.2.27> 이 영은 1999년 3월 2일부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제17787호,2002.11.29> 이 영은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.
