나라문장 규정

제1조(목적) 이 영은 외국에 발신하는 공문서와 국가적 중요문서, 그 밖의 시설, 물자 등에 대한민국을 상징하는 휘장(徽章)으로 사용하기 위한 나라문장(紋章)에 관하여 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(규격) 나라문장은 별표와 같이 하되, 휘장이나 철인(鐵印)으로 하여 사용한다. 다만, 필요에 따라 규격을 확대하거나 축소하여 사용할 수 있다.

제3조(사용) 나라문장은 다음 각 호의 문서, 시설 또는 물자에 사용할 수 있다.

1. 외국ㆍ국제기구 또는 국내 외국기관에 발신하는 공문서

2. 1급 이상 상당 공무원(고위공무원단에 속하는 공무원을 포함한다)의 임명장

3. 훈장과 훈장증 및 대통령표창장

4. 국가공무원 신분증

5. 국공립 대학교의 졸업증서 및 학위증서

6. 재외공관 건물

7. 정부소유의 선박 및 항공기

8. 화폐

9. 그 밖에 각 중앙행정기관의 장이 국가표지가 필요하다고 인정하는 문서, 시설 또는 물자

제4조(휘장 또는 철인의 위치) 문서에 휘장이나 철인을 사용할 때에는 그 휘장이나 철인이 문서의 중앙상단부에 오도록 찍는다.

부칙(고위공무원단 인사규정) <제19513호,2006.6.12> 제1조 (시행일) 이 영은 2006년 7월 1일부터 시행한다. 제2조 및 제3조 생략 제4조 (다른 법령의 개정) ①내지 <68>생략 <69>나라문장규정을 다음과 같이 개정한다. 제3조제2호를 다음과 같이 한다. 2. 1급 이상 상당 공무원(고위공무원단에 속하는 공무원을 포함한다)의 임명장 <70>내지 <241>생략
