제1조 (목적) 이 영은 민법 제312조의2 단서의 규정에 의하여 전세금의 증액을 청구하는 경우 그 증액청구의 기준에 관한 사항을 정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조 (증액청구의 비율) 전세금의 증액청구의 비율은 약정한 전세금의 20분의 1을 초과하지 못한다.

제3조 (증액청구의 제한) 전세금의 증액청구는 전세권설정계약이 있은 날 또는 약정한 전세금의 증액이 있은 날로부터 1년이내에는 이를 하지 못한다.

부칙 <제11493호,1984.9.1> 이 영은 1984년 9월 1일부터 시행한다.
