「소송촉진 등에 관한 특례법」 제3조제1항 본문에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 이율"이란 연 100분의 12를 말한다. <개정 2019.5.21>

부칙 <제26553호,2015.9.25> 제1조(시행일) 이 영은 2015년 10월 1일부터 시행한다. 제2조(경과조치) ① 이 영의 개정규정에도 불구하고 이 영 시행 당시 법원에 계속 중인 사건으로서 제1심의 변론이 종결된 사건에 대해서는 종전의 규정에 따른다. ② 이 영 시행 당시 법원에 계속 중인 사건으로서 제1심의 변론이 종결되지 아니한 사건에 대한 법정이율에 관하여는 2015년 9월 30일까지는 종전의 규정에 따른 이율에 의하고, 2015년 10월 1일부터는 이 영의 개정규정에 따른 이율에 의한다.

부칙 <제29768호,2019.5.21> 제1조(시행일) 이 영은 2019년 6월 1일부터 시행한다. 제2조(경과조치) ① 이 영 시행 당시 법원에 계속 중인 사건으로서 제1심의 변론이 종결된 사건에 대한 법정이율은 이 영의 개정규정에도 불구하고 종전의 규정에 따른다. ② 이 영 시행 당시 법원에 계속 중인 사건으로서 제1심의 변론이 종결되지 아니한 사건에 대한 법정이율은 2019년 5월 31일까지 발생한 분에 대해서는 종전의 규정에 따르고, 2019년 6월 1일 이후 발생하는 분에 대해서는 이 영의 개정규정에 따른다.
