「수표법」을 적용할 경우 은행과 동일시(同一視)되는 사람 또는 시설은 다음과 같다. 1. 우체국 2. 「농업협동조합법」 제57조제1항제3호의 신용사업을 하는 지역농업협동조합 3. 「농업협동조합법」 제106조제3호의 신용사업을 하는 지역축산업협동조합 4. 법률 제6018호 농업협동조합법 부칙 제14조에 따라 신용사업을 하는 품목별ㆍ업종별 협동조합 5. 「수산업협동조합법」 제60조제1항제3호의 신용사업을 하는 지구별 수산업협동조합 6. 삭제 <2016.10.25> 7. 법률 제4820호 수산업협동조합법중개정법률 부칙 제5조에 따라 신용사업을 하는 업종별 수산업협동조합 및 수산물가공 수산업협동조합 8. 「새마을금고법」 제67조제1항제5호의 신용사업을 하는 새마을금고중앙회 9. 「상호저축은행법」 제25조의2제1항의 업무를 하는 상호저축은행중앙회 10. 「신용협동조합법」 제78조제1항제5호의 신용사업을 하는 신용협동조합중앙회
