제1조(목적) 이 영은 「유사수신행위의 규제에 관한 법률」에서 위임된 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다. <개정 2019.1.8>

제2조(금융업유사상호의 범위) 「유사수신행위의 규제에 관한 법률」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제5조에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 명칭"이란 다음 각 호의 것을 말한다. <개정 2019.1.8>

1. 금융 또는 파이낸스

2. 자본 또는 캐피탈

3. 신용 또는 크레디트

4. 투자 또는 인베스트먼트

5. 자산운용 또는 자산관리

6. 펀드ㆍ보증ㆍ팩토링 또는 선물

7. 제1호 내지 제6호의 명칭과 같은 의미를 가지는 외국어용어(그의 한글표기용어를 포함한다)

제3조(과태료의 부과기준) 법 제8조제1항에 따른 과태료의 부과기준은 별표와 같다.
