「관세법」 제73조에 따라 특정국가와의 관세협상에 따른 국제협력관세율을 적용하는 물품과 그 세율은 별표와 같다.

부칙 <제19809호,2006.12.30> ①(시행일) 이 영은 2007년 1월 1일부터 시행한다. ②(적용례) 이 영은 이 영 시행 후 최초로 수입신고되는 분부터 적용한다.

부칙 <제20497호,2007.12.31> 제1조 (시행일) 이 영은 2008년 1월 1일부터 시행한다. 제2조 (적용례) 이 영은 이 영 시행 후 최초로 수출 또는 수입신고하는 물품부터 적용한다.

부칙 <제23431호,2011.12.30> 제1조(시행일) 이 영은 2012년 1월 1일부터 시행한다. 제2조(적용례) 이 영은 이 영 시행 후 최초로 수입신고하는 물품부터 적용한다.

부칙 <제24292호,2013.1.1> 제1조(시행일) 이 영은 2013년 1월 1일부터 시행한다. 제2조(적용례) 이 영은 이 영 시행 후 수입신고하는 물품부터 적용한다.

부칙 <제26764호,2015.12.30> 제1조(시행일) 이 영은 2016년 1월 1일부터 시행한다. 제2조(국제협력관세율을 적용하는 물품의 세율 변경에 관한 경과조치) 이 영 시행 전에 수입신고한 분에 대해서는 별표의 개정규정에도 불구하고 종전의 규정에 따른다.

부칙 <제27758호,2016.12.30> 제1조(시행일) 이 영은 2017년 1월 1일부터 시행한다. 제2조(국제협력관세율을 적용하는 물품 및 세율에 관한 적용례) 별표의 개정규정은 이 영 시행 이후 수입신고하는 물품부터 적용한다.
