제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「공탁법」 제6조에 따라 공탁금의 이자를 정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(이자) 공탁금의 이자는 연 1만분의 35로 한다. <개정 2018.5.29, 2020.6.26, 2022.9.29>

부칙 <제2485호,2013.8.30> 이 규칙은 2013년 9월 1일부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제2595호,2015.3.30> 이 규칙은 2015년 4월 1일부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제2790호,2018.5.29> 제1조(시행일) 이 규칙은 2018년 7월 1일부터 시행한다. 제2조(적용례) 이 규칙은 이 규칙 시행 전에 공탁한 공탁금으로서 이 규칙 시행일 이후에 공탁금 지급을 신청한 자에 대하여도 적용한다.

부칙 <제2907호,2020.6.26> 이 규칙은 2020년 7월 1일부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제3068호,2022.9.29> 이 규칙은 2022년 10월 1일부터 시행한다.
