제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 대법원규칙의 공포에 관하여 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(전문)

①대법원규칙(이하 "규칙"이라 한다)에는 전문을 붙여야 한다.

②제1항의 전문에는 대법관회의의 의결을 얻은 뜻을 기재하고, 대법원장이 서명한 후 대법원장인을 압날하고 그 일자를 명기하여야 한다. <개정 1988.3.23>

제3조(규칙번호) 규칙은 일련번호를 붙여서 공포한다.

제4조(공포절차)

①대법관회의에서 의결된 규칙은 의결된 후 15일 이내에 법원행정처장이 공포절차를 취한다. <개정 1988.3.23>

②규칙의 공포는 관보에 게재하여 이를 한다.

제5조(공포일) 규칙의 공포일은 그 규칙을 게재한 관보가 발행된 날로 한다.

제6조(시행일) 규칙은 특별한 규정이 없는 한 공포한 날로부터 20일을 경과함으로써 효력을 발생한다.

부칙 <제789호,1981.11.21> 이 규칙은 1981년 12월 1일부터 시행한다.

부칙(법원조직법개정법률（1987. 12. 4.공포법률제3,992호）에따른등기소의설치와그관할구역에관한규칙등의개정등규칙) <제1004호,1988.3.23> 이 규칙은 공포한 날로부터 시행한다.
