대법원장비서실 직제에 관한 규칙

제1조 (목적) 이 규칙은 「법원조직법」 제23조제3항의 규정에 의하여 대법원장 비서실에 관한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다. <개정 1988.2.13, 2005.11.3>

제2조 (직무) 대법원장 비서실은 대법원장의 비서업무와 이에 관련된 기밀에 관한 사무를 관장한다. <개정 1988.2.13>

제3조 (실장) 실장은 대법원장의 명을 받아 대법원장비서실의 사무를 관장하며 소속공무원을 지휘 감독한다. <개정 1988.2.13>

제4조 (정원) 대법원장 비서실에 두는 공무원의 정원은 별표와 같다.

부칙 <제342호,1969.5.1> 이 규칙은 공포한 날로부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제1002호,1988.2.13> 이 규칙은 1988년 2월 25일부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제1629호,2000.1.10> 이 규칙은 2000. 1. 10.부터 시행한다.
