법원통계규칙

제1조 (목적) 이 규칙은「법원조직법」제2조제1항 및 제3항에서 법원의 권한으로 정한 각종 사건 등의 유형을 정확 신속히 파악하여 이를 숫자에 의하여 합리적으로 정리ㆍ표현함으로써 법원 운영의 자료를 제공하고 사건처리의 행정적 감독에 기여함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조 (통계의 수집)

① 통계는 법원행정처에서 재판사무시스템, 등기정보시스템, 가족관계등록시스템에 의하여 수집함을 원칙으로 한다.

② 전항 기재 각 시스템을 이용한 통계 수집의 구체적 방법에 대하여는 법원통계예규에서 정한다.

③ 전항의 방법에 의한 통계 수집이 불가능할 경우에는 부정기 보고에 의하되, 그 보고 방법은 법원통계예규에서 정한다.

제3조 (재판사무 관련 통계자료 관리)

① 각급 법원의 재판사무시스템 전산입력 담당자는 자료 입력 시 통계자료에 오류나 누락이 없도록 유의하여야 한다.

② 각급 법원은 법원통계예규가 정하는 바에 따라 재판사무시스템의 통계자료를 매월 검토하여 오류 또는 누락된 항목이 있는 경우 재판사무시스템의 해당 항목을 즉시 정정하고 그 처리결과를 법원행정처장에게 보고하여야 한다.

③ 각급 법원은 법원행정처가 주기적으로 통계자료를 점검한 후 수행하는 재판사무시스템 통계자료 정정 지시에 대하여 이를 즉시 이행하여야 한다.

부칙 <제2156호,2008.2.18> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행하되, 2008년 1월 1일부터 적용한다.
