제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 민법부칙 제3조제3항의 규정에 의한 사문서의 일자확정을 법원서기관, 법원사무관, 등기사무관, 법원주사, 등기주사, 법원주사보 또는 등기주사보에게 청구하는 수수료를 정함을 목적으로 한다. <개정 1976.4.21, 2023.5.17>

제2조(수수료)

①일자확정 청구 수수료는 600원으로 한다. 다만, 사문서의 장수가 4매를 초과하는 경우에는 초과매수 4매마다 100원을 더한다. <개정 1993.11.19, 1995.11.20, 2023.5.17>

②제1항의 수수료는 현금 또는 신용카드로 납부하여야 하며, 법원공무원은 당해 사문서의 여백 또는 이면에 소정 수수료의 영수필의 취지가 표시된 라벨을 붙이거나 기타 대법원예규로 정하는 바에 따라 그 취지를 표시하여야 한다. <개정 2023.5.17>

부칙 <제413호,1970.6.26> 이 규칙은 공포한 날로부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제606호,1976.4.21> 이 규칙은 1976년 5월 1일부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제1109호,1990.2.26> 이 규칙은 1990년 3월 1일부터 시행한다.
