유류오염손해배상사건등의절차에관한규칙

제1조 (유류오염손해배상사건등의 관할법원) 유류오염손해배상보장법(1992.12.8. 공포 법률 제4,532호 이하 "법"이라 한다) 제12조 및 제33조제2항의 규정에 의한 법원은 서울지방법원으로 한다.

제2조 (국제기금의 참가)

①법 제36조의 규정에 의한 참가는 책임제한절차의 계속법원에 서면으로 하여야 한다.

②제1항의 규정에 의한 참가신청서에는 다음 사항을 기재하여야 한다.

1. 책임제한사건의 번호

2. 대표자의 성명, 소재지 및 국내에 송달 받을 장소가 없는 경우에는 송달영수인의 성명과 주소

3. 참가의 취지 및 이유

부칙 <제1395호,1995.10.27> 제1조 (시행일) 이 규칙은 공포일로부터 시행한다. 제2조 (다른 규칙의 폐지) 유류오염손해배상사건등의관할법원에관한규칙(1992. 12. 30. 공포 대법원규칙 제1,245호)을 폐지한다.
