「국회법」 제38조에 따라 국회상임위원회의 위원 정수를 다음과 같이 한다. <개정 2020.6.10, 2025.10.26> 1. 국회운영위원회 28명 2. 법제사법위원회 18명 3. 정무위원회 24명 4. 재정경제기획위원회 26명 5. 교육위원회 16명 6. 과학기술정보방송통신위원회 20명 7. 외교통일위원회 21명 8. 국방위원회 17명 9. 행정안전위원회 22명 10. 문화체육관광위원회 16명 11. 농림축산식품해양수산위원회 19명 12. 산업통상자원중소벤처기업위원회 24명 13. 보건복지위원회 24명 14. 기후에너지환경노동위원회 22명 15. 국토교통위원회 30명 16. 정보위원회 12명 17. 성평등가족위원회 17명

부칙 <제214호,2018.7.16> 제1조(시행일) 이 규칙은 국회가 의결한 날부터 시행한다. 다만, 제5호 및 제10호의 개정규정은 법률 제15713호 국회법 일부개정법률의 시행일부터 시행한다. 제2조(교육문화체육관광위원회에 대한 경과조치) 이 규칙 시행 당시 종전의 규정에 따른 교육문화체육관광위원회는 제5호 및 제10호의 개정규정 시행일까지 따로 있는 것으로 본다.

부칙 <제220호,2020.6.10> 이 규칙은 국회가 의결한 날부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제243호,2025.10.26> 제1조(시행일) 이 규칙은 2025년 11월 1일부터 시행한다. 다만, 제4호의 개정규정 및 부칙 제2조에 따라 개정되는 국회세종의사당의 설치 및 운영 등에 관한 규칙 중 제4조제1항제2호의 개정부분은 2026년 1월 2일부터 시행한다. 제2조(다른 규칙의 개정) 국회세종의사당의 설치 및 운영 등에 관한 규칙 일부를 다음과 같이 개정한다. 제4조제1항제2호 및 제10호를 각각 다음과 같이 한다. 2. 재정경제기획위원회 10. 기후에너지환경노동위원회
