제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「국회의원의 보좌직원과 수당 등에 관한 법률」(이하 "법"이라 한다)이 위임한 국회의원의 수당 및 입법활동비의 조정과 국회의원의 여비에 관한 사항 등을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(수당의 지급기준 및 조정) 국회의원에게 매월 지급하는 수당은 법이 개정될 때까지 별표 1의 기준에 의한다. 다만, 국회의장은 이 규칙이 개정될 때까지 수당의 조정이 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 공무원보수의 조정비율의 범위에서 이를 정할 수 있다.

제3조(입법활동비의 지급기준 및 조정) 국회의원에게 매월 지급하는 입법활동비는 법이 개정될 때까지 별표 2의 기준에 의한다. 다만, 국회의장은 이 규칙이 개정될 때까지 입법활동비의 조정이 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 예산의 범위에서 이를 정할 수 있다.

제4조(여비의 지급기준) 법 제14조제1항 및 제3항에 따라 국회의원에게 지급하는 여비는 「공무원 여비 규정」에 준하여 별표 3의 기준에 의한다. 다만, 국회의장은 이 규칙이 개정될 때까지 여비의 조정이 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 공무원여비의 조정 범위에서 이를 정할 수 있다.

부칙 <제238호,2023.6.21> 이 규칙은 국회가 의결한 날부터 시행한다.
