교육감이 고등학교의 입학전형을 실시하는 지역에 관한 규칙

제1조 (목적) 이 규칙은 「초ㆍ중등교육법 시행령」 제77조제2항의 규정에 의하여 교육감이 고등학교의 입학전형을 실시하는 지역을 정함을 목적으로 한다. <개정 1999.2.13, 2005.1.19>

제2조 (교육감이 고등학교의 입학전형을 실시하는 지역) 「초ㆍ중등교육법 시행령」 제77조제2항의 규정에 의하여 교육감이 고등학교의 입학전형을 실시하는 지역은 다음 각호와 같다. <개정 1999.2.13, 2001.2.15, 2004.2.10, 2005.1.19, 2007.2.9>

1. 서울특별시

2. 부산광역시

3. 대구광역시

4. 인천광역시

5. 광주광역시

6. 대전광역시

7. 울산광역시

8. 경기도 수원시ㆍ성남시ㆍ안양시ㆍ부천시ㆍ고양시ㆍ군포시ㆍ과천시 및 의왕시

9. 충청북도 청주시

10. 전라북도 전주시ㆍ익산시 및 군산시

11. 전라남도 목포시ㆍ여수시 및 순천시

11의2. 경상북도 포항시

12. 경상남도 창원시ㆍ마산시ㆍ진주시 및 김해시

13. 제주특별자치도(종전의 제주시 일원에 한한다)

부칙 <제653호,1994.8.4> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제739호,1999.2.13> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제780호,2001.2.15> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제828호,2004.2.10> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.
