국가보안유공자상금지급등에관한규정제8조단서의 규정에 의한 무기의 종류를 다음과 같이 정한다. 1. 총포류 2. 화약 기타 폭발물류

부칙 <제226호,1981.7.29> ①(시행일) 이 규칙은 공포한 날로부터 시행한다. ②(볍령의 폐지) 법무부령 제137호 반공법 제15조제1항 단서의 규정에 의한 무기지정의건은 이를 폐지한다. ③(경과조치) 이 규칙 시행당시 국가보안유공자심사위원회에 청구된 상금등 청구사건중 종전의 반공법 제15조제1항 단서의 규정에 의한 무기지정의건에 근거하여 청구된 사건은 이 규칙에 의하여 청구된 것으로 본다.
