국립학교의 각종 증명 발급 등에 관한 규칙

제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 교육부 소관 국립의 각급 학교에서 발급하는 증명에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(증명의 종류 등)

① 교육부 소관 국립의 각급 학교(이하 "학교"라 한다)에서 발급하는 증명의 종류는 별표와 같다.

② 학교는 필요한 경우 제3조에 따른 시행 세칙으로 정하는 바에 따라 제1항에 따른 증명 외의 증명을 발급할 수 있다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 증명은 수수료를 받지 아니하고 발급한다. 다만, 다른 법령에서 의무적으로 수수료를 받도록 정한 경우에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 법령에 따라 수수료를 받아야 한다.

제3조(시행 세칙) 이 규칙에서 정하는 사항 외에 학교의 증명 발급 등에 필요한 사항은 해당 학교의 장이 정한다.

부칙 <제145호,2018.1.3> 이 규칙은 2018년 3월 1일부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제301호,2023.4.12> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.
