도서ㆍ벽지 교육진흥법 시행규칙

제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「도서ㆍ벽지 교육진흥법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제2조의 규정에 의하여 도서ㆍ벽지지역을 정함을 목적으로 한다. <개정 2005.3.15>

제2조(도서ㆍ벽지지역과 등급별 구분) 법 제2조의 규정에 의한 도서ㆍ벽지의 지역과 그 등급별 구분은 별표와 같다.

부칙 <제503호,1982.3.31> 이 규칙은 공포한 날로부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제508호,1982.9.30> 이 규칙은 1982년 10월 1일부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제521호,1983.12.1> 이 규칙은 1983년 12월 1일부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제543호,1985.12.31> 이 규칙은 1986년 1월 1일부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제549호,1986.5.22> 이 규칙은 공포한 날로부터 시행하되, 1986년 3월 1일부터 적용한다.

부칙 <제575호,1989.8.23> 이 규칙은 1989년 9월 1일부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제596호,1991.6.22> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행하되, 1991년 3월 1일부터 적용한다.

부칙 <제615호,1992.5.29> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행하되, 1992년 3월 1일부터 적용한다.

부칙 <제633호,1993.6.7> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행하되, 1993년 3월 1일부터 적용한다.

부칙 <제638호,1993.8.12> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행하되, 1993년 8월 1일부터 적용한다.

부칙 <제652호,1994.8.4> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행하되, 1994년 3월 1일부터 적용한다.

부칙 <제657호,1994.12.31> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행하되, 1994년 9월 1일부터 적용한다.

부칙 <제662호,1995.6.8> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제675호,1996.1.9> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행하되, 1996년 1월 1일부터 적용한다.

부칙 <제778호,2001.1.8> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행하되, 2001년 1월 1일부터 적용한다. 다만, 별표 제3호 다지역의 경기도 연천군란중 군남초등학교에 관한 개정규정은 2001년 3월 1일부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제798호,2001.12.31> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행하되, 2001년 9월 1일부터 적용한다.

부칙 <제819호,2003.11.7> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행하되, 2003년 9월 1일부터 적용한다.

부칙 <제856호,2005.3.15> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행하되, 2005년 3월 1일부터 적용한다.

부칙 <제877호,2006.4.4> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행하되, 2006년 3월 1일부터 적용한다.

부칙 <제904호,2007.3.21> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행하되, 2007년 3월 1일부터 적용한다.

부칙 <제94호,2011.2.17> 이 규칙은 2011년 3월 1일부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제40호,2014.7.9> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제100호,2016.6.17> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제147호,2018.2.19> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제236호,2021.4.13> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제374호,2026.1.7> 이 규칙은 2026년 3월 1일부터 시행한다.
