신용협동조합법 시행규칙

제1조 (목적) 이 규칙은 신용협동조합법 및 동법시행령에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 관하여 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조 (가입신청서) 신용협동조합(이하 "조합"이라 한다)에 가입하고자 하는 자는 다음 각호의 사항을 기재한 가입신청서를 그 조합의 정관이 정하는 바에 따라 조합의 이사장에게 제출하여야 한다.

1. 성명 또는 명칭 및 주소

2. 출자하고자 하는 출자좌수

3. 다른 조합에 가입하고 있는 경우에는 그 조합의 명칭

제3조 (출자증서 등의 교부)

①조합의 이사장은 조합원이 신용협동조합법(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제14조의 규정에 의하여 출자금을 납입한 때에는 다음 각호의 사항을 기재한 출자증서 또는 출자금통장에 기명날인하여 이를 조합원에게 교부하여야 한다.

1. 조합의 명칭

2. 조합원의 성명 또는 명칭

3. 조합가입연월일

4. 출자금의 납입연월일과 금액

5. 발행연월일

②신용협동조합중앙회(이하 "중앙회"라 한다)의 회장(이하 "중앙회장"이라 한다)은 조합이 법 제63조의 규정에 의하여 출자금을 납입한 때에는 다음 각호의 사항을 기재한 출자증서 또는 출자금통장에 기명날인하여 조합에 이를 교부하여야 한다. <개정 2021.6.30>

2. 중앙회 가입연월일

3. 출자금의 납입연월일과 금액

4. 발행연월일

제4조(선거운동 방법에 관한 세부 사항) 법 제27조의2제4항(법 제72조제8항에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에 따른 선거운동 방법에 관한 세부 사항은 별표와 같다.

부칙 <제152호,2000.7.11> ①(시행일) 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다. ②(여유자금의 운용에 관한 경과조치) 조합이 재정경제부령 제24호 신용협동조합법시행규칙개정령 시행전에 매입한 유가증권으로서 동개정령 제9조제2항의 규정에 의한 유가증권에 해당하지 아니하는 것중 만기가 있는 것은 만기시까지 처분하고, 만기가 없는 것은 2003년 3월 31일까지 처분하여야 한다.

부칙 <제1711호,2021.6.30> 제1조(시행일) 이 규칙은 2021년 6월 30일부터 시행한다. 제2조(선거운동 방법에 관한 적용례) 별표의 개정규정은 이 규칙 시행 이후 공고되는 조합 또는 중앙회의 임원 선거부터 적용한다.
