재외공관주재무관의 대외직명에 관한 규칙

제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「외무공무원법」 제31조 및 「재외공관무관주재령」의 규정에 의하여 재외공관에 주재하는 주재무관의 대외직명에 관하여 규정함을 목적으로 한다. <개정 2006.8.14>

제3조(주재무관의 대외직명)

①외교부장관은 일반적인 국제관행 기타 국제협정에 따라 재외공관무관주재령에 의하여 재외공관에 주재하는 주재무관(보좌관을 포함한다)에 대하여도 대외직명을 지정할 수 있다. <개정 1999.9.20, 2013.3.23>

②제1항의 대외직명의 지정기준은 별표와 같다. <개정 2006.8.14>

부칙 <제95호,1976.4.1> 이 영은 공포한 날로부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제120호,1984.10.22> 이 규칙은 공포한 날로부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제150호,1991.1.19> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제158호,1992.2.27> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제177호,1995.2.18> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제178호,1995.4.19> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제183호,1995.10.10> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제15호,1999.9.20> 이 규칙은 공포후 15일이 경과한 날부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제68호,2006.8.14> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.

부칙(외교부와 그 소속기관 직제 시행규칙) <제1호,2013.3.23> 제1조(시행일) 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다. 제2조 부터 제5조까지 생략 제6조(다른 법령의 개정) ①부터 ⑫까지 생략 ⑬ 재외공관주재무관의 대외직명에 관한 규칙 일부를 다음과 같이 개정한다. 제3조제1항 중 "외교통상부장관"을 "외교부장관"으로 한다. ⑭부터 <18>까지 생략
