주민의 감사 청구 등의 서식에 관한 규칙

제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「지방자치법 시행령」에서 위임된 주민의 감사 청구 등에 필요한 서식을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(주민감사청구서 등) 「지방자치법 시행령」(이하 "영"이라 한다) 제12조제1항에 따른 주민감사청구서는 별지 제1호서식에 따르고, 주민감사청구대표자 증명 발급 신청서는 별지 제2호서식에 따른다.

제3조(주민감사청구대표자 증명서) 영 제12조제2항에 따른 주민감사청구대표자 증명서는 별지 제3호서식에 따른다.

제4조(서명요청권의 위임신고서 등) 영 제13조제4항에 따른 주민감사청구대표자의 서명요청권 위임신고서는 별지 제4호서식에 따르고, 같은 조 제5항에 따른 주민감사청구대표자의 서명요청권 위임신고증은 별지 제5호서식에 따른다.

제5조(청구인명부) 영 제15조제1항에 따른 청구인명부는 별지 제6호서식에 따른다.

제6조(이의신청서) 영 제17조제2항에서 "행정안전부령으로 정하는 서식"이란 별지 제7호서식의 이의신청서를 말한다.

제7조(전국적 협의체 등의 설립ㆍ변경 신고서) 영 제103조제2항ㆍ제3항에 따른 지방자치단체의 장 또는 지방의회 의장의 전국적 협의체 등의 설립ㆍ변경 신고서는 별지 제8호서식에 따른다.

부칙 <제313호,2022.1.13> 이 규칙은 2022년 1월 13일부터 시행한다.
