축산자조금의 조성 및 운용에 관한 법률 시행령

제1조(목적) 이 영은 「축산자조금의 조성 및 운용에 관한 법률」에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(대의원의 총수) 「축산자조금의 조성 및 운용에 관한 법률」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제8조제3항에 따른 대의원의 총수는 가축의 종류별로 구분하여 다음 각 호와 같이 한다. <개정 2012.6.29>

1. 한우: 250명

2. 젖소: 130명

3. 돼지: 150명

4. 육계: 80명

5. 산란계: 80명

6. 육우: 30명

7. 말ㆍ양ㆍ오리ㆍ사슴ㆍ토끼ㆍ칠면조ㆍ꿀벌ㆍ거위ㆍ메추리 및 꿩: 각 50명

제3조(선출구별 대의원 수의 배분기준 등)

① 법 제8조제3항에 따른 선출구별 대의원 수의 배분기준은 별표 1과 같다.

② 축산단체는 대의원 선거일 30일 전까지 제1항에 따른 선출구별 대의원 수를 확정하여야 한다.

제4조(권한의 위임) 농림축산식품부장관은 법 제32조에 따라 다음 각 호의 권한을 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사 또는 특별자치도지사에게 위임한다. <개정 2012.6.29, 2013.3.23, 2013.4.22>

1. 법 제35조제1항제4호에 따른 과태료의 부과ㆍ징수

2. 법 제35조제2항제1호 및 제2호에 따른 과태료의 부과ㆍ징수

제4조의2 삭제 <2020.3.3>

제5조(과태료의 부과기준)

① 법 제35조제1항 및 제2항에 따른 과태료의 부과기준은 별표 2와 같다.

② 삭제 <2013.4.22>

부칙 <제22657호,2011.2.1> 제1조(시행일) 이 영은 2011년 2월 5일부터 시행한다. 제2조(과태료의 부과기준에 관한 경과조치) 이 영 시행 전의 행위에 대하여 과태료의 부과기준을 적용할 때에는 종전의 규정에 따른다.

부칙 <제23903호,2012.6.29> 이 영은 2012년 7월 1일부터 시행한다.

부칙(농림축산식품부와 그 소속기관 직제) <제24455호,2013.3.23> 제1조(시행일) 이 영은 공포한 날부터 시행한다. <단서 생략> 제2조 부터 제5조까지 생략 제6조(다른 법령의 개정) ①부터 <69>까지 생략 <70> 축산자조금의 조성 및 운용에 관한 법률 시행령 일부를 다음과 같이 개정한다. 제4조 각 호 외의 부분 및 제5조제2항 본문 중 "농림수산식품부장관"을 각각 "농림축산식품부장관"으로 한다. <71>부터 <76>까지 생략

부칙 <제24510호,2013.4.22> 이 영은 2013년 4월 23일부터 시행한다.
