고등법원 부장판사급 이상의 법관의 보직범위에 관한 규칙

제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 제반 법률, 대법원규칙, 내규, 예규 등(이하 "법률등"이라 한다)에서 규정하는 "고등법원 부장판사급 이상의 법관"의 보직범위를 정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(범위) 법률 등에서 규정하는 "고등법원 부장판사급 이상의 법관"이라 함은 다음 각호의 보직에 보하여진 법관을 말한다. 다만, 법률 등에서 대법원장 및 대법관에 관하여 따로 규정하고 있는 경우에는 대법원장 및 대법관을 제외한다. <개정 2013.2.18, 2013.12.31, 2016.2.19, 2017.2.2, 2018.1.8, 2019.2.1, 2021.1.29, 2021.3.25>

11. 고등법원 및 특허법원 부장판사

12. 삭제 <2021.1.29>

13. 삭제 <2016.2.19>

14. 제3호부터 제11호까지의 직책에 있다가 사법연수원교수에 보임된 법관

15. 제3호부터 제11호까지 및 제14호의 직책에 보임되었던 법관으로 위 각 직책 이외의 직책에 보임된 지 3년이 지나지 않은 법관

부칙 <제1889호,2004.5.22> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제2454호,2013.2.18> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.

부칙(사법정책연구원 운영규칙) <제2512호,2013.12.31> 제1조(시행일) 이 규칙은 2014년 1월 1일부터 시행한다. 제2조(다른 규칙의 개정) ①부터 ⑪까지 생략 ⑫ 고등법원 부장판사급 이상의 법관의 보직범위에 관한 규칙 일부를 다음과 같이 개정한다. 제2조제3호 및 제10호를 각각 다음과 같이 한다. 3. 사법연수원장 및 사법정책연구원장 10. 사법연수원 수석교수 및 사법정책연구원 수석연구위원 ⑬ 생략

부칙 <제2648호,2016.2.19> 이 규칙은 공포한 날로부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제2719호,2017.2.2> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제2768호,2018.1.8> 제1조(시행일) 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다. 제2조(경과조치) 이 규칙 시행 전에 종전의 규정에 의하여 고등법원 부장판사급 이상의 법관의 보직에 보임된 법관은 종전의 규정에 의한 고등법원 부장판사급 이상의 법관으로 본다.

부칙 <제2831호,2019.2.1> 제1조(시행일) 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행하되, 2019년 2월 14일부터 적용한다. 제2조(경과조치) 이 규칙 시행 전에 지방법원 부장판사로서 각급 법원장으로 보임된 법관에 대하여는 종전의 규정에 따른다.

부칙 <제2960호,2021.1.29> 이 규칙은 공포한 날로부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제2971호,2021.3.25> 이 규칙은 공포한 날로부터 시행한다.
