육군부사관학교령

제1조(설치와 임무)

①육군에 육군부사관학교를 둔다.

②육군부사관학교는 육군의 부사관을 양성하고 보수교육을 실시하며, 소부대의 전술과 이에 필요한 교리를 연구ㆍ발전시킨다.

제2조(교장 등)

①육군부사관학교(이하 "부사관학교"라 한다)에 교장을 둔다.

②교장은 육군의 장성급(將星級) 장교로 보한다. <개정 2017.9.5>

③교장은 육군참모총장의 명을 받아 교무를 통할하고 소속부대를 지휘ㆍ감독한다.

제3조(소속부대 및 참모부서의 설치)

①부사관학교에 필요한 소속부대와 참모부서를 둔다.

②제1항의 규정에 의한 소속부대의 설치ㆍ임무와 조직에 관한 사항은 국방부장관이 정하고, 참모부서의 설치와 그 업무분장에 관한 사항은 육군참모총장이 정한다.

제4조(교육과정 등) 부사관학교의 교육과정 및 수업기간, 그 밖에 학교운영에 관한 사항은 육군참모총장이 정한다.

제5조(정원) 부사관학교에 두는 군인 및 군무원의 정원은 국방부장관이 정한다.

부칙 <제19361호,2006.2.28> 이 영은 2006년 3월 1일부터 시행한다.

부칙(군인사법 시행령) <제28266호,2017.9.5> 제1조(시행일) 이 영은 공포한 날부터 시행한다. <단서 생략> 제2조 및 제3조 생략 제4조(다른 법령의 개정) ①부터 <62>까지 생략 <63> 육군부사관학교령 일부를 다음과 같이 개정한다. 제2조제2항 중 "장관급"을 "장성급(將星級)"으로 한다. <64>부터 <90>까지 생략
