육군정보통신학교령

제1조(설치와 임무)

①육군에 육군정보통신학교를 둔다.

②육군정보통신학교는 정보통신병과의 전술 및 교리를 연구ㆍ발전시키고, 정보통신병과 장병에 대한 교육 등을 통하여 전문인력을 양성한다.

제2조(교장)

①육군정보통신학교에 교장을 둔다.

② 교장은 육군의 장성급(將星級) 장교 또는 2급 이상 군무원으로 보한다. <개정 2025.9.2>

③교장은 육군참모총장의 명을 받아 교무를 통할하고, 참모부서 및 부대를 지휘ㆍ감독한다.

④교장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없는 때에는 행정부장 또는 교수부장 중 선임자가 그 직무를 대행한다.

제3조(참모부서와 부대의 설치)

①육군정보통신학교에 행정부 및 교수부 등 필요한 참모부서와 부대를 둘 수 있다.

②제1항에 따른 참모부서의 설치와 그 업무분장에 관한 사항은 육군참모총장이 정하고, 부대의 설치ㆍ임무 및 조직에 관한 사항은 국방부장관이 정한다.

제4조(교육과정 등) 육군정보통신학교의 교육과정ㆍ수업기간 그 밖에 학교운영에 관한 사항은 육군참모총장이 정한다.

제5조(정원) 육군정보통신학교에 두는 군인 및 군무원의 정원은 국방부장관이 정한다.

부칙 <제19681호,2006.9.22> 이 영은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.

부칙(군인사법 시행령) <제28266호,2017.9.5> 제1조(시행일) 이 영은 공포한 날부터 시행한다. <단서 생략> 제2조 및 제3조 생략 제4조(다른 법령의 개정) ①부터 <64>까지 생략 <65> 육군정보통신학교령 일부를 다음과 같이 개정한다. 제2조제2항 중 "장관급"을 "장성급(將星級)"으로 한다. <66>부터 <90>까지 생략
