대검찰청 검사급 이상 검사의 보직범위에 관한 규정

제1조(목적) 이 영은 「검찰청법」 등 법령에서 10년 이상의 법조경력을 요구하는 대검찰청 검사급 이상 검사의 보직 범위를 정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(보직범위) 대검찰청 검사급 이상 검사는 다음 각 호의 직위에 임용된 검사를 말한다. 다만, 법률 등에서 검찰총장에 관하여 따로 규정하고 있는 경우에는 검찰총장을 제외한다. <개정 2008.12.31, 2009.7.31, 2013.4.18, 2014.1.10, 2015.2.11, 2017.8.1>

8. 사법연수원 부원장

9. 법무연수원 기획부장

10. 고등검찰청 차장검사

11. 삭제 <2015.2.11>

12. 삭제 <2017.8.1>

13. 법무연수원 연구위원(제2호부터 제10호까지의 직위에 있다가 임용된 검사로 한정한다)

부칙 <제19887호,2007.2.21> ①(시행일) 이 영은 공포한 날부터 시행한다. ②(적용례) 제2조제11호 및 제12호의 규정은 이 영 시행 이후 최초로 그 직위에 임명되는 검사부터 적용한다.
