「이자제한법」 제2조제1항에 따른 금전대차에 관한 계약상의 최고이자율은 연 20퍼센트로 한다. <개정 2014.6.11, 2017.11.7, 2021.4.6>

부칙 <제20118호,2007.6.28> 이 영은 2007년 6월 30일부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제25376호,2014.6.11> 제1조(시행일) 이 영은 2014년 7월 15일부터 시행한다. 제2조(적용례) 이 영은 이 영 시행 후 최초로 계약을 체결하거나 갱신하는 분부터 적용한다.

부칙 <제28413호,2017.11.7> 제1조(시행일) 이 영은 공포 후 3개월이 경과한 날부터 시행한다. 제2조(적용례) 이 영은 이 영 시행 이후 계약을 체결하거나 갱신하는 분부터 적용한다.
