대법원 공직자윤리위원회의 권한에 관한 규칙

제1조(목적) 이 규칙은「공직자윤리법」 제9조제1항제4호의 규정에 의한 대법원 공직자윤리위원회의 권한을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(권한) 대법원 공직자윤리위원회는 다음 각 호의 업무를 수행할 수 있다.

1. 법관윤리강령, 법관 및 법원공무원행동강령 개정안의 심의

2. 법관윤리강령, 법관 및 법원공무원행동강령의 구체적 적용에 관한 의견제시

3. 법관 및 법원공무원이 한 윤리관련 질의에 대한 회신

4. 법관 및 법원공무원 윤리의 확립을 위한 주요 정책의 수립에 관한 건의

5. 대법원장이 부의한 법관 및 법원공무원 윤리와 관련된 사항에 대한 심의 및 의견 제시

6. 대법원장이 부의한 법관의 비위 또는 이에 준하는 직무관련 사건에 대한 심의 및 의견 제시

부칙 <제2252호,2009.9.28> 제1조(시행일) 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다. 제2조(다른 법령과의 관계) 이 규칙 시행 당시 다른 법령에서 종전의 「공직자윤리법의 시행에 관한 대법원규칙」 또는 그 규정을 인용한 경우에 이 규칙 가운데 그에 해당하는 규정이 있을 때에는 종전의 규정에 갈음하여 이 규칙 또는 이 규칙의 해당 규정을 인용한 것으로 본다.
