국방정보화 기반조성 및 국방정보자원관리에 관한 법률 시행규칙

제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「국방정보화 기반조성 및 국방정보자원관리에 관한 법률」 및 같은 법 시행령에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(국방정보화사업의 범위) 「국방정보화 기반조성 및 국방정보자원관리에 관한 법률」 제2조제7호에서 "국방부령으로 정하는 것"이란 다음 각 호의 사업을 말한다.

1. 국방정보통신망의 구축ㆍ운영 및 고도화사업

2. 국방정보시스템의 구축ㆍ운영 및 고도화사업

3. 국방정보자원관리사업

4. 국방정보기술의 상호운용성 확보 및 표준화사업

5. 국방정보기술에 관한 연구개발 및 시범적용사업

6. 국방정보보호사업

7. 국방정보화에 필요한 인력 양성 및 국제협력에 관한 사업

8. 국방정보기술을 이용한 모의실험 및 훈련시스템에 관한 사업

9. 그 밖에 국방부장관이 국방정보화를 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 사업

제3조(국방정보화책임관실무협의회 구성 및 운영)

① 「국방정보화 기반조성 및 국방정보자원관리에 관한 법률 시행령」(이하 "영"이라 한다) 제9조제1항에 따른 국방정보화책임관실무협의회(이하 "실무협의회"라 한다)는 의장 1명을 포함한 20명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

② 실무협의회의 의장은 국방부 국방정보화국장이 되고, 위원은 국방 관련 기관, 국방부 및 그 소속 부대ㆍ기관의 과장급 이상의 일반직공무원 또는 군인으로 한다. <개정 2026.1.2>

제4조(국방정보화 분야별 전담기관 지정 신청) 영 제13조제3항에 따른 국방정보화 분야별 전담기관 지정 신청서는 별지 제1호서식에 따른다.

제5조(시설 및 장비의 이용허가 신청) 영 제14조제1항에 따른 시설 및 장비의 이용허가 신청서는 별지 제2호서식에 따른다.

제6조(전문기술지원기관 지정 신청) 영 제21조제3항에 따른 전문기술지원기관 지정 신청서는 별지 제3호서식에 따른다.

부칙 <제726호,2010.12.31> 이 규칙은 2011년 1월 1일부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제873호,2015.10.26> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.

부칙(국방부와 그 소속기관 직제 시행규칙) <제1200호,2026.1.2> 제1조(시행일) 이 규칙은 2026년 1월 2일부터 시행한다. 제2조(다른 법령의 개정) ① 국방정보화 기반조성 및 국방정보자원관리에 관한 법률 시행규칙 일부를 다음과 같이 개정한다. 제3조제2항 중 "정보화기획관"을 "국방정보화국장"으로 한다. ②부터 ⑤까지 생략
