씨름 진흥법 시행령

제1조(목적) 이 영은 「씨름 진흥법」에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(씨름진흥기본계획의 수립)

① 「씨름 진흥법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제5조제2항제8호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 사항"이란 다음 각 호의 사항을 말한다.

1. 씨름 관련 자료의 발굴ㆍ수집ㆍ보존에 관한 사항

2. 씨름 진흥을 위한 콘텐츠 개발ㆍ보급에 관한 사항

3. 씨름의 보존 및 진흥을 위한 남북 교류ㆍ협력에 관한 사항

② 문화체육관광부장관은 법 제5조에 따른 씨름진흥기본계획을 수립하였을 때에는 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사ㆍ특별자치도지사 및 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다)에게 이를 통보하여야 한다.

제3조(씨름의 날)

① 국가, 지방자치단체 및 씨름단체 등은 법 제7조에 따른 씨름의 날에 다음 각 호의 행사를 할 수 있다.

1. 씨름 대회(시범 대회를 포함한다)

2. 씨름 관련 세미나, 포럼 등 학술행사

3. 씨름 유공자 포상

4. 그 밖에 씨름의 보급 및 진흥에 관한 행사

② 국가 및 지방자치단체는 씨름단체 등이 제1항에 따른 행사를 할 경우에 지원할 수 있다.

부칙 <제23722호,2012.4.12> 이 영은 2012년 4월 18일부터 시행한다. 다만, 제2조제2항 중 특별자치시장에 관한 규정은 2012년 7월 1일부터 시행한다.
