특별감찰관 직제

제1조(목적) 이 영은 「특별감찰관법」 제24조에 따라 특별감찰관의 조직과 직무범위, 그 밖에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(직무) 특별감찰관은 「특별감찰관법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제5조각 호에 해당하는 사람의 법 제2조에 따른 비위행위에 대한 감찰 및 그에 필요한 사무를 관장한다.

제3조(특별감찰관)

① 특별감찰관은 감찰사무를 통할하고 특별감찰관보를 지휘ㆍ감독한다.

② 특별감찰관은 정무직으로 한다.

제4조(특별감찰관보)

① 특별감찰관보는 특별감찰관을 보좌하여 소관 사무를 처리하고 감찰담당관, 법 제10조에 따라 파견받은 공무원을 지휘ㆍ감독한다.

② 특별감찰관보는 고위공무원단에 속하는 별정직공무원으로 보하되, 그 직위의 직무등급은 가등급으로 한다.

제5조(하부조직) 특별감찰관에 특별감찰과를 둔다.

제6조(특별감찰과)

① 특별감찰과장은 별정직 3급 상당 또는 4급 상당의 감찰담당관으로 보한다.

② 특별감찰과장은 감찰사무와 그 밖에 특별감찰관이 지시한 사무 및 운영지원에 관한 사무를 처리한다.

③ 특별감찰과장은 별정직 5급 상당의 감찰담당관과 법 제10조에 따라 파견받은 공무원을 지휘ㆍ감독한다.

제7조(특별감찰관에 두는 공무원의 정원) 특별감찰관에 두는 공무원의 정원은 별표와 같다.

부칙 <제25386호,2014.6.17> 이 영은 2014년 6월 19일부터 시행한다.
