제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「지역문화진흥법」 및 같은 법 시행령에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(지역문화전문인력 양성기관 지정신청서) 「지역문화진흥법 시행령」(이하 "영"이라 한다) 제7조제3항에 따른 지역문화전문인력 양성기관 지정신청서는 별지 제1호서식에 따른다.

제3조(지역문화전문인력 양성기관 지정서) 문화체육관광부장관은 「지역문화진흥법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제10조제2항에 따라 지역문화전문인력 양성기관을 지정하였을 때에는 별지 제2호서식의 지역문화전문인력 양성기관 지정서를 발급하여야 한다.

제4조(문화도시 지정서) 문화체육관광부장관은 법 제15조제5항에 따라 문화도시를 지정하였을 때에는 별지 제3호서식의 문화도시 지정서를 발급하여야 한다.

부칙 <제175호,2014.7.29> 이 규칙은 2014년 7월 29일부터 시행한다.

부칙(어려운 법령용어 정비를 위한 18개 법령의 일부개정에 관한 문화체육관광부령) <제371호,2019.10.7> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.
