문화예술후원 활성화에 관한 법률 시행규칙

제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「문화예술후원 활성화에 관한 법률」 및 같은 법 시행령에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(문화예술후원매개단체 인증 신청서 등)

① 「문화예술후원 활성화에 관한 법률 시행령」(이하 "영"이라 한다) 제4조제1항 및 제5조제1항에 따른 문화예술후원매개단체 인증 신청서 및 문화예술후원매개단체 인증 유효기간 연장 신청서는 별지 제1호서식에 따른다.

② 영 제4조제2항에 따른 문화예술후원매개단체 인증서는 별지 제2호 서식에 따른다.

③ 문화체육관광부장관은 별지 제3호서식의 문화예술후원매개단체 인증서 발급대장과 별지 제4호서식의 문화예술후원매개단체 인증대장에 문화예술후원매개단체 인증에 관한 사항을 기록하여 관리하여야 한다.

제3조(문화예술후원매개단체의 인증표시) 「문화예술후원 활성화에 관한 법률」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제5조제4항에 따른 문화예술후원매개단체 인증의 표시 기준은 별표 1과 같다.

제4조(문화예술후원우수기관 인증 신청서 등)

① 영 제9조제2항 및 제10조제1항에 따른 문화예술후원우수기관 인증 신청서 및 문화예술후원우수기관 인증 유효기간 연장 신청서는 별지 제5호서식에 따른다.

② 영 제9조제5항에 따른 문화예술후원우수기관 인증서는 별지 제6호 서식에 따른다.

③ 문화체육관광부장관은 별지 제7호서식의 문화예술후원우수기관 인증서 발급대장과 별지 제8호서식의 문화예술후원우수기관 인증대장에 문화예술후원우수기관 인증에 관한 사항을 기록하여 관리하여야 한다.

제5조(문화예술후원우수기관 인증의 표시 기준) 법 제12조제3항에 따른 문화예술후원우수기관 인증의 표시 기준은 별표 2와 같다.

부칙 <제176호,2014.7.29> 이 규칙은 2014년 7월 29일부터 시행한다.
