방송문화진흥회법 시행령

제1조(목적) 이 영은 「방송문화진흥회법」에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 관하여 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(결격사유) 법 제8조제1항제5호 및 제10조의2제1항제5호에 따른 자문이나 고문의 역할을 한 사람은 「공직선거법」 제61조에 따른 선거사무소, 선거연락소 또는 선거대책기구에 설치된 자문단, 고문단, 특보단, 위원회 등 선거관련 조직에 속하여 자문이나 고문의 역할을 한 사람으로 한다.

제3조(임원의 보수 등의 공개)

① 방송문화진흥회는 법 제15조의2에 따라 임원의 보수 등을 매 분기가 끝나는 날부터 30일 이내에 방송문화진흥회의 홈페이지에 공개해야 한다.

② 방송문화진흥회가 제1항에 따른 공개를 할 때에는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 기준을 준수해야 한다.

1. 법 제15조의2제1호의 사항: 임원의 보수와 각종 수당을 종류별로 구분할 것

2. 법 제15조의2제2호 중 업무추진비 집행 내역에 관한 사항: 집행 목적ㆍ일자, 대상인원, 금액 등을 집행건별로 구분할 것

부칙 <제25581호,2014.8.27> 이 영은 2014년 9월 4일부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제32596호,2022.4.19> 이 영은 2022년 4월 20일부터 시행한다.
