「관세법」 제85조 및 같은 법 시행령 제99조에 따른 품목분류의 적용기준은 별표와 같다.

부칙 <제486호,2015.7.1> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제735호,2019.5.31> 이 규칙은 2019년 6월 1일부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제884호,2021.12.31> 제1조(시행일) 이 규칙은 2022년 1월 1일부터 시행한다. 제2조(품목분류의 적용기준에 관한 적용례) 별표의 개정규정은 이 규칙 시행 이후 수출신고 또는 수입신고하는 물품부터 적용한다.
