아시아문화중심도시 추진단의 구성 및 운영에 관한 규정

제1조(목적) 이 영은 「아시아문화중심도시 조성에 관한 특별법」 제30조에 따라 문화체육관광부에 두는 아시아문화중심도시 추진단의 구성 및 운영 등에 관한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(추진단의 기능) 아시아문화중심도시 추진단(이하 "추진단"이라 한다)은 다음 각 호의 업무를 수행한다. <개정 2021.8.31>

1. 아시아문화중심도시 조성사업의 총괄ㆍ조정

2. 아시아문화중심도시 종합계획의 수립ㆍ시행

3. 아시아문화중심도시 조성위원회의 운영 지원

4. 국립아시아문화전당의 지원

5. 국립아시아문화전당재단의 지원

6. 아시아문화중심도시 문화산업 육성 및 예술진흥 지원

7. 아시아문화중심도시 투자유치 계획 수립 및 시행

8. 아시아문화중심도시 생태적 도시문화 진흥 지원

9. 아시아문화중심도시 시민문화교육 및 시민참여 지원

10. 그 밖에 아시아문화중심도시 조성사업을 효율적으로 추진하기 위하여 필요한 사항

제3조(추진단의 구성 등)

① 추진단에 단장 1명을 두며, 단장은 문화체육관광부의 소속 공무원 중에서 문화체육관광부장관이 임명한다.

② 추진단의 단장은 추진단의 운영 및 업무를 총괄하고, 추진단의 단원을 지휘ㆍ감독한다.

제4조(운영세칙) 이 영에서 규정한 것 외에 추진단의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 문화체육관광부장관이 정한다.

부칙 <제26399호,2015.7.13> 이 영은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.

부칙(아시아문화중심도시 조성에 관한 특별법 시행령) <제31958호,2021.8.31> 제1조(시행일) 이 영은 2021년 9월 24일부터 시행한다. 제2조(다른 법령의 개정) 아시아문화중심도시 추진단의 구성 및 운영에 관한 규정 일부를 다음과 같이 개정한다. 제2조제5호 중 "아시아문화원"을 "국립아시아문화전당재단"으로 한다.
