제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「귀농어ㆍ귀촌 활성화 및 지원에 관한 법률」 및 같은 법 시행령에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(귀농어ㆍ귀촌종합지원센터 지정 신청 등)

① 「귀농어ㆍ귀촌 활성화 및 지원에 관한 법률 시행령」(이하 "영"이라 한다) 제9조제3항에 따른 귀농어ㆍ귀촌종합지원센터 지정신청서는 별지 제1호서식과 같다.

② 영 제9조제4항에 따른 귀농어ㆍ귀촌종합지원센터 지정서는 별지 제2호서식과 같다.

③ 귀농어ㆍ귀촌종합지원센터로 지정받은 법인 또는 단체는 해당 연도의 사업계획과 전년도 사업실적을 매년 3월 31일까지 제출하여야 한다.

제3조(귀농어ㆍ귀촌공동체의 등록 신청)

① 영 제16조제2항에 따른 귀농어ㆍ귀촌공동체 등록 신청서는 별지 제3호서식과 같다.

② 영 제16조제3항에 따른 귀농어ㆍ귀촌공동체 등록증은 별지 제4호서식과 같다.

부칙 <제152호,2015.7.21> 이 규칙은 2015년 7월 21일부터 시행한다.

부칙(어려운 법령용어 정비를 위한 37개 법령의 일부개정에 관한 농림축산식품부령) <제391호,2019.8.26> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.
