제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「문화다양성의 보호와 증진에 관한 법률」 및 같은 법 시행령에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(기본계획의 경미한 변경) 「문화다양성의 보호와 증진에 관한 법률 시행령」 제2조제4항 단서에서 "문화체육관광부령으로 정하는 경미한 사항을 변경하는 경우"란 계산착오, 오기(誤記), 누락, 그 밖에 문화다양성 보호 및 증진 기본계획의 기본방향에 영향을 미치지 아니하는 사항을 변경하는 경우를 말한다.

제3조(전문인력의 양성) 국가와 지방자치단체는 「문화다양성의 보호와 증진에 관한 법률」 제14조제1항에 따라 문화다양성 보호와 증진에 필요한 전문인력(이하 "전문인력"이라 한다)을 양성하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 사업을 추진할 수 있다.

2. 전문인력 양성에 필요한 교재의 개발 지원

3. 그 밖에 전문인력 양성을 위한 교육에 필요한 지원

부칙 <제219호,2015.9.16> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.
