공예문화산업 진흥법 시행규칙

제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「공예문화산업 진흥법」 및 같은 법 시행령에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(전문인력 양성기관의 지정 등)

①「공예문화산업 진흥법 시행령」(이하 "영"이라 한다) 제7조제2항제3호에서 "문화체육관광부령으로 정하는 면적 이상의 교육시설"이란 바닥 면적이 50제곱미터 이상인 강의실을 포함하여 바닥 면적이 총 100제곱미터 이상인 교육시설을 말한다.

② 「공예문화산업 진흥법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제9조제2항에 따른 공예문화산업 전문인력 양성기관(이하 "전문인력 양성기관"이라 한다)으로 지정받으려는 시설, 기관 또는 단체는 별지 제1호서식의 공예문화산업 전문인력 양성기관 지정신청서에 다음 각 호의 사항에 관한 서류를 첨부하여 전문인력 양성기관을 지정하려는 기관의 장에게 제출하여야 한다.

1. 교육 시설 및 장비의 보유 현황

2. 전임교수 요원의 확보 현황

3. 교육과정 및 교육내용이 포함된 운영계획서

4. 공예문화산업 전문인력의 양성 실적

5. 운영경비 조달계획서

제3조(우수공예품의 지정)

① 법 제14조제1항에 따른 우수공예품(이하 "우수공예품"이라 한다)의 지정을 받으려는 자는 별지 제2호서식의 우수공예품 지정신청서에 다음 각 호의 자료를 첨부하여 문화체육관광부장관에게 제출하여야 한다.

3. 신청품목의 고화질 사진 파일

4. 그 밖에 평가에 필요한 자료

② 문화체육관광부장관은 우수공예품을 지정하려는 경우에는 관련전문가를 위원으로 하는 심사위원회를 구성하여 심사하도록 하여야 한다.

③ 문화체육관광부장관은 우수공예품을 지정하였을 때에는 별지 제3호서식의 우수공예품 지정서를 신청인에게 발급하여야 한다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 우수공예품 심사기준ㆍ절차, 그 밖에 우수공예품 지정에 필요한 사항은 문화체육관광부장관이 정한다.

제4조(우수공예품의 표시) 영 제13조제1항에서 "문화체육관광부령으로 정하는 표시"란 별표의 표시를 말한다.

부칙 <제225호,2015.11.19> 이 규칙은 2015년 11월 19일부터 시행한다.
