국민여가활성화기본법 시행규칙

제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「국민여가활성화기본법」 및 같은 법 시행령에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(민간단체 등의 지원) 「국민여가활성화기본법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제15조제1항에 따른 지원의 내용은 다음 각 호와 같다.

1. 여가 활성화를 위한 사업에 필요한 경비의 지원

2. 여가 활성화를 위한 사업의 성과가 우수한 단체 또는 개인에 대한 포상

3. 여가 활성화를 위한 사업의 성과가 우수한 사례의 홍보 지원

제3조(우수사례 발굴 절차 등)

① 법 제16조제1항에 따른 우수사례(이하 "우수사례"라 한다)로 발굴되기를 희망하는 기업이나 공공기관은 별지 제1호서식의 신청서(전자문서로 된 신청서를 포함한다)에 제2항에 따른 기준을 갖추었음을 증명할 수 있는 서류를 첨부하여 문화체육관광부장관 또는 지방자치단체의 장에게 제출하여야 한다.

② 우수사례의 발굴기준은 다음 각 호와 같다.

1. 여가 시간, 공간 및 비용의 제공 등 여가 지원제도를 운영할 것

2. 여가 관련 예산, 조직, 인력 등을 갖출 것

3. 조직원의 여가에 대한 이해도 및 여가 지원제도에 대한 만족도가 높을 것

③ 문화체육관광부장관 또는 지방자치단체의 장은 우수사례 발굴을 위하여 관계 공무원과 여가에 관한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람을 위원으로 한 심사위원회를 구성하여야 한다.

④ 문화체육관광부장관 또는 지방자치단체의 장은 우수사례를 발굴한 경우에는 지체 없이 이를 문화체육관광부 또는 해당 지방자치단체의 인터넷 홈페이지에 게시하고, 우수사례로 발굴된 기업이나 공공기관에 대하여 별지 제2호서식의 여가우수사례 확인서를 발급하여야 한다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 우수사례 발굴에 필요한 사항은 문화체육관광부장관이 정하여 고시한다.

제4조(우수사례에 대한 시상) 문화체육관광부장관 또는 지방자치단체의 장은 우수사례로 발굴된 기업이나 공공기관에 상장과 부상을 수여할 수 있다.

부칙 <제227호,2015.11.19> 이 규칙은 2015년 11월 19일부터 시행한다.
