토지이용 인ㆍ허가 절차 간소화를 위한 특별법 시행규칙

제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「토지이용 인ㆍ허가 절차 간소화를 위한 특별법」 및 같은 법 시행령에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(상담ㆍ자문 신청 및 결과 통보)

① 「토지이용 인ㆍ허가 절차 간소화를 위한 특별법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제8조제2항에 따른 신청서는 별지 제1호서식에 따른다.

② 법 제8조제3항에 따른 정보 제공은 별지 제2호서식에 따른다.

제3조(사전심의 신청 및 결과 통보)

① 「토지이용 인ㆍ허가 절차 간소화를 위한 특별법 시행령」(이하 "영"이라 한다) 제5조제1항 각 호 외의 부분에 따른 신청서는 별지 제3호서식에 따른다.

② 법 제9조제2항 및 제7항에 따른 사전심의 결과 통보는 별지 제4호서식에 따른다.

제4조(통합심의위원회의 심의 요청)

① 토지이용 인ㆍ허가를 신청하려는 자가 법 제12조제2항 전단에 따라 통합심의위원회의 심의를 요청하는 경우에는 별지 제5호서식의 통합심의위원회 심의 신청서를 제출하여야 한다.

② 토지이용 인ㆍ허가권자는 법 제12조제2항 후단에 따라 영 제9조 각 호의 사항을 통보할 때에는 우편, 전자우편 등 신청인이 요청하는 방법으로 하여야 한다.

부칙 <제279호,2016.1.21> 이 규칙은 2016년 1월 21일부터 시행한다.
