사회복지공동모금회법 시행규칙

제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「사회복지공동모금회법」에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(현장조사서)

① 「사회복지공동모금회법」 제31조제2항에서 "보건복지부령으로 정하는 사항이 기재된 서류"란 다음 각 호의 사항이 기재된 현장조사서를 말한다.

② 제1항에 따른 현장조사서는 사회보장급여와 관련하여 보건복지부장관이 정하여 고시하는 공통서식에 따른다.

부칙 <제405호,2016.6.15> 이 규칙은 2016년 8월 4일부터 시행한다.
