제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「대한노인회 지원에 관한 법률」에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(지도ㆍ감독 시 관계 서류)

① 「대한노인회 지원에 관한 법률」 제9조제3항에서 "조사기간, 조사범위, 조사담당자, 관계 법령 등 보건복지부령으로 정하는 사항"이란 조사기간, 조사범위, 조사담당자, 관계 법령, 제출 자료, 유의사항 등을 말한다.

② 제1항에 따른 사항이 기재된 서류는 사회보장급여와 관련하여 보건복지부장관이 정하여 고시하는 공통서식에 따른다.

부칙 <제418호,2016.7.18> 이 규칙은 2016년 8월 4일부터 시행한다.
