제1조(목적) 이 영은 「도청이전을 위한 도시건설 및 지원에 관한 특별법」에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(종전 도의 청사 및 부지의 무상양여 등)

① 「도청이전을 위한 도시건설 및 지원에 관한 특별법」 제31조의2제2항에 따른 종전 도의 청사 및 부지의 무상양여 또는 무상대부는 해당 부동산을 관리하는 「국가재정법」 제6조에 따른 중앙관서의 장(이하 "관리청"이라 한다)과 그 소재지를 관할하는 광역지방자치단체 간의 계약에 따른다.

② 관리청은 그 소재지를 관할하는 광역지방자치단체가 제1항에 따라 무상양여 또는 무상대부를 받은 부동산을 그 무상양여 또는 무상대부 목적 외의 목적에 사용하였을 때에는 그 무상양여계약 또는 무상대부계약을 해지하거나 해제할 수 있다.
