육군동원전력사령부령

제1조(설치와 임무) 육군 예하부대의 동원훈련, 동원전력 관리 및 작전부대 지원에 관한 사항을 관장하기 위하여 육군에 육군동원전력사령부를 둔다.

제2조(사령관 등의 임명)

① 육군동원전력사령부(이하 "사령부"라 한다)에 사령관 및 참모장을 둔다.

② 사령관은 육군의 장성급 장교로, 참모장은 육군의 장성급 장교 또는 영관급 장교로 보한다. <개정 2024.9.26>

제3조(사령관 등의 직무)

① 사령관은 육군참모총장의 명을 받아 사령부의 업무를 총괄하고, 소속 부대를 지휘ㆍ감독한다.

② 참모장은 사령관을 보좌하고, 참모업무를 조정ㆍ통제 및 감독한다.

③ 사령관이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 참모장이 그 직무를 대행한다.

제4조(참모부서와 부대의 설치)

① 사령부에 필요한 참모부서와 부대를 둔다.

② 제1항에 따른 부대의 설치와 임무ㆍ조직에 관한 사항은 국방부장관이 정하고, 참모부서의 설치와 업무분장에 관한 사항은 육군참모총장이 정한다.

제5조(정원) 사령부에 두는 군인 및 군무원의 정원은 국방부장관이 정한다.

제6조(전시 특례)

① 전시에는 사령부에 부사령관을 두되, 육군의 장성급 장교로 보한다.

② 부사령관은 사령관을 보좌하며, 전시에는 사령관이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 제3조제3항에도 불구하고 부사령관이 그 직무를 대행한다.

부칙 <제28704호,2018.3.20> 이 영은 2018년 4월 6일부터 시행한다.
