바둑 진흥법 시행령

제1조(목적) 이 영은 「바둑 진흥법」에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(바둑 실력 검증대회) 「바둑 진흥법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제2조제2호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 바둑 실력 검증대회"란 바둑의 보급, 교육, 국제교류 관련 업무를 수행하는 비영리법인으로서 문화체육관광부장관이 정하여 고시하는 비영리법인이 바둑전문기사를 선발하기 위하여 주최하는 대회(해당 비영리법인이 국제 바둑경기 활동실적 등을 고려하여 바둑전문기사와 같은 수준의 바둑 실력을 갖추었다고 인정하여 바둑전문기사를 선발하는 방식을 포함한다)를 말한다.

제3조(바둑진흥기본계획의 수립)

① 법 제5조제2항제11호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 사항"이란 다음 각 호의 사항을 말한다.

1. 바둑 관련 자료의 발굴ㆍ수집ㆍ보존에 관한 사항

2. 바둑 진흥을 위한 콘텐츠 개발ㆍ보급에 관한 사항

② 문화체육관광부장관은 법 제5조에 따른 바둑진흥기본계획을 수립한 경우에는 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사ㆍ특별자치도지사 및 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다)에게 통보하여야 한다.

제4조(바둑의 날)

① 국가, 지방자치단체 및 바둑단체 등은 법 제7조제1항에 따른 바둑의 날에 다음 각 호의 행사를 할 수 있다.

1. 바둑 경기(시범 경기를 포함한다)

2. 바둑 관련 학술행사

3. 바둑 유공자에 대한 포상

4. 바둑의 기술개발 관련 행사

5. 그 밖에 바둑의 보급 및 진흥에 관한 행사

② 국가 및 지방자치단체는 제1항에 따른 행사를 하는 바둑단체 등에 필요한 지원을 할 수 있다.

제5조(국제교류 및 해외확산 지원사업의 위탁 또는 대행) 법 제13조제2항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 관련 기관이나 단체"란 바둑의 보급, 교육, 국제교류 관련 업무를 수행하는 기관이나 단체로서 문화체육관광부장관이 정하여 고시하는 기관이나 단체를 말한다.

부칙 <제29226호,2018.10.16> 이 영은 2018년 10월 18일부터 시행한다.
